KarenCALVERT(nee SCOTT) October 30, 2010 The Families of Karen would like to thank everyone who has sympathised with them on their recent sad loss, to everyone who sent cards, telephoned, called at the house, attended the funeral, made donations, or who helped in any way. Special thanks to the Reverend Philip Caton for his prayers and support and for the beautiful funeral service held in St. John's Parish Church, Birkdale and afterwards at Southport Crematorium. To Broadbent Funeral Directors, Birkdale, for the caring and dignified way in which the funeral was carried out. Also thanks to the District Nurses, Staff at Queenscourt Hospice and all the Medical Staff who cared for Karen throughout her long illness. Nor can we forget to mention the professionalism of Management and Staff at Formby Hall Golf Club and Spa. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that you'll accept this as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
